In one of our last editions, we had touched upon the candid video
tapings of the president’s monitorial services of the RA and we had
stated that the “001SS05” Nissan Maxima vehicle belonging to Chief of
the State Customs Committee of the RA Armen Avetisyan’s family had also
been a target in the candid video tapings. In order to avoid rumor and
any “disclosures”, A Avetisyan had assigned staff director of the
customs committee Artur Afrikyan to add 250,000 drams to the “Vahan”
benevolent fund’s account #247013919904 at the Ardshininvest Bank. “I
am hearing all of this for the first time. I don’t have a family car. I
have my own car which my family also drives. I don’t call on Artur
Afrikyan for such purposes. That’s not one of his obligations. He
implements the projects of the governmental bodies,” said Mr.
Avetisyan.
