An appeal-letter was sent to the RA Constitutional Court regarding the RA Government’s decisions on the construction of Northern and Main Avenues in order to make it correspond to the new constitution. The appeal-letter was signed by the coalition deputies as well. However, Prime-Minister A. Margaryan doesn’t know who the brave deputies are, who dared to go against the government decision. Yesterday, in response to this question RA Prime-Minister A. Margaryan said, “I don’t have that appeal-letter yet. Once the letter is given to me I will find out who the deputies are and what they want”.
