In response to our question as to whether the Turkish delegate has interrupted Artashes Geghamyan on purpose or not, he answered, “Absolutely. Before my speech the secretary of the Turkish delegation Chaoshoghli (he is the most extreme) called the Turkish delegate to him three times and whispered something in his ear. As soon as I started my speech Chaoshoghli began to whisper behind my back. I cannot exactly say what he was saying. I don’t speak Turkish. And when I said the word “genocide” in my speech he started to bang his hands on the table”.
