The closer we get to day when the Armenian and Azeri presidents will meet in Paris, the more we see the differences in attitude between the two leaders. There is another contradiction. In particular, during the visit of the Chairman of the OSCE and the Foreign Minister of Belgium Karel De Gucht, the authorities of Karabagh announced that Karabagh will never give up independence and that it is absurd to lead negotiations without Karabagh’s participation.
