Member of the NA and the “PDF” political party head Manuk Gasparyan says that he is ready to give the anthem, that he has ordered for his party, to the government to replace it with the existing one. “I have an anthem written for my party, but if there is any competition I will give it to them to replace with the existing anthem of Armenia. As for the existing anthem, it is stolen and is about an Italian girl”, says Manuk Gasparyan. By the way, the words of the RA anthem are written by Michael Nalbandyan and the music was written in 1918 by Barsegh Kanachyan.
