Will he be able to resist the cold weather?

Yesterday the RA president, Robert Kocharyan visited the municipality of Yerevan. The entrances of that building were being watched by policemen and body guards and no one was allowed to enter. While Robert Kocharyan and Ervand Zakharyan were discussing issues on land distribution, a 76 year old man, Stepan Harutyunyan, was walking near the building in confusion. He was asking policemen to let him either meet the president or the mayor: “Please let me, it is too cold, I can’t take it anymore, please, I am freezing cold, please. I want to ask them to send me to a retirement home. If you don’t let me in I will not be able to come here any more, it is snowing hard today and I am not sure whether I will be able to resist this cold or not”, asked the old man in a trembling voice. This man was obliged to leave the retirement home of Gyumri. The deputy mayor of Gyumri, where the mayor likes to pronounce the name of the God, told him that the building was reconstructed and they couldn’t keep more than 160 people. Stepan came to Yerevan by train. He stayed overnight in trains in the train station of Yerevan for about 15 days, after which policemen made him leave that place too.
