Yesterday Tigran Karapetyan advised the “United Labor Party” leader Gourgen Arsenyan to spend more money during the parliamentary elections of 2007, of course if he wants to be elected. “If, during the previous elections they could pay 10-20 dollars and be elected, now they will have to pay more, because this time there will be someone who will pay more”, says Tigran Karapetyan and adds that he means Gourgen Arsenyan. He also assures that the 99,9 % of our MPs used money to be elected. Also, he says that he is the only one that is going to be elected without any money.
