Armenak Mnjoyan, who has been sentenced to life in prison in connection with the case named as “Dro,” has recently sent an open letter to RA president Robert Kocharyan. In the letter he stated that he doesn’t want to receive amnesty. Besides that, he seriously accused the elite representatives of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. In particular, Mnjoyan wrote, that the NA deputy speaker, member of the ARF committee Vahan Hovhannisyan, and his father, Edward Hovannisyan are guilty of the assassination of the ARF member, Hrant Marukhyan.
