During his interview to our newspaper the RA Prime-Minister announced that the ARP doesn’t have a social ministry to exchange the portfolio of the Minister of Culture with the “Legal State”. “The ARP doesn’t have a social ministry. It either belongs to the ARF or the “Legal State”. The ARF and the LS should negotiate over this issue”, said A. Margaryan. He also added that the Legal State has negotiated with the ARF without any results. The head of the NA ARF group Levon Mkrtchyan refuted A. Margaryan’s announcement while speaking with us saying that the ARF and the LS have not had a negotiation like that. “No, we don’t have a fact like that because the ARF doesn’t discuss that issue, therefore we cannot negotiate with the LS or others”, said Mr. Mkrtchyan. We asked Mr. Mkrtchyan whether the ARF is discussing the issue of exchanging the quota of their ministry with the Legal State. Mr. Mkrtchyan answered, “No, we don’t have issues to change quotas and there is even no necessity for that. Besides, there is no dilemma to agree or not. We do not anticipate such a change and it’s not acceptable for us”. To the question that there are rumors that the LS has offered the ARF to exchange the portfolio of the Minister of Health/Care with the Minister of Culture (the Legal State wants to appoint NA Deputy Gagik Mkheyan as Minister of Healthcare, who previously wanted to be the Minister of Urban Development) Mr. Mkrtchyan answered, “These are just rumors. It’s not true”.
