Really close to the solution?

The analyzers of the British “Jane’s Information Group” assure that Azerbaijan has agreed with the suggestion to define the status of Karabakh by organizing a referendum. The analyzers are sure that Armenia advocates the suggestion made about making the conflict negotiations go through phases. And according to this suggestion the military troops have to be taken out of the surrounding territories of Karabakh. According to “Regnum” agency international military peacemaking troops are going to be located in these territories for security purposes. These analyzers say that in order to reach a final agreement both parties have to make compromises. “Neither of the two presidents has published any information regarding the peace agreement, but the domestic and international monitors are sure that the two leaders have never been so close to the solution”, say the JIG analyzers. According to them the parties have to make more compromises in order to reach a peace agreement, but these two governments should focus not on losses, but on achievements. “There are people who think that Aliev and Kocharyan are not the ones who can sign a peace agreement. A lot of things depend on the regional powers. Before there were conflicts of interests represented by the regional countries, which didn’t let the parties reach an agreement”.
