Recently by the order of the president of Karabakh, Georgi Petrosyan has been appointed as the foreign affairs minister of Karabakh. By another order of the president, the ex foreign affairs minister, Arman Melikyan has been appointed as an adviser to the president. It is worth to mention that Georgi Petrosyan is a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. Before being appointed as the foreign affairs minister of Karabakh he worked also as an adviser to the president and a member of the Security Council.
