The city mayor of Noyemberyan, Seryoja Amiraghyan has applied to the court to institute proceedings against “168 Hours”. On November 27 we published an article named “Presenting a building to the city council”, which contained the open letter of the citizens of Noyemberyan to the RA vice president A. Margaryan and the RA president adviser on corruption-related issues B. Esayan. In this letter the citizens of Noyemberyan city were complaining about the fact that the newly elected mayor S. Amiraghyan had presented the bath house building to one of his pre-election headquarter members, the owner of the city taxi service and printing house V. Babajanyan.
