Yesterday the city court of Tbilisi published the results of the medical investigation of citizen of Georgia Vladimir Harutyunyan, who had attempted to kill George W. Bush and Mikhail Saakashvili by throwing a percussion grenade at them. By publishing this information the court brought a verdict of guilty, but according to doctors Vladimir Harutyunyan had “megalomania”. Several days before the court announced this information the Georgian authorities gave a video recording to the local TV companies, where Vladimir Harutyunyan confessed to this crime.
