The military specialists of OSCE top planning board are currently in Ganja. The delegation has visited several military units and other places in the city. They also met with the officials of the city railway and airport central boards. They didn’t want to make contact with the press, claiming that their visit would only bring peace to the region. This group was founded in 1994 and their mission is to prepare possible peace-making programs in Karabakh. The group’s last visit to Azerbaijan was eight years ago.
