RA Prime-Minister Andranik Margaryan left for Paris for December 19-26 in order to recover his health. The Prime-Minister decided that in his absence some of his functions will be conducted by the Minister of Urban Development Hovik Abrahamyan. Previously there were cases when the Prime-Minister entrusted his functions to Manuk Topuzyan, chief of staff.
