The free legal information system has already become a reality in Armenia. In order to make our legislative field accessible to all levels of society, the legal information system of Armenia was prepared in the framework of the reforms of the judicial branch. Yesterday there was an anniversary celebration for this system use. By visiting the www.arlis.am and www.laws.am websites, anyone can get information about various Armenian laws and legal acts, print those out, etc. Those who don’t have access to the Internet will be able to buy compact discs with the same information at a reasonable price. According to the RA Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan, even Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan do not have such capacities. The minister mentioned that the information on the site should be slightly revised. There might be certain omissions and unnoticeable mistakes.
