Head of “Heritage” political party Raffi Hovhannisyan has sent a questionnaire consisting of 21 questions to RA president Robert Kocharyan and expects to get an answer till December 16. Some of these questions are as the following: “Have you ever participated, been informed beforehand about or committed murder during the war in Karabakh in out-of-war conditions or during your ruling period in Armenia?”, “Have you ever supported jailing innocent people? Or have you ever been informed about this kind of arrest beforehand or assisted in any way?”, “What kind of property (financial, material, business share and other private property or other property registered in the name of other people) did all your family members and you have in 1991?”, “What kind of property (financial, material, business share and other private property or other property registered in the name of other people) do all your family members and you have now?”, “Are you sure that you are elected by public vote and in fair conditions?”, “What kind of information do you have about the fraud and electoral violations done for you?”, “If yes which of those violations were done by your order or which of those violations were you informed about?”, “Do you think that citizens of Armenia and Artsakh have a right to ask you these kinds of questions and expect answers?”.
