Yesterday NA deputy minister, representative of “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” Vahan Hovhannisyan answered to the announcements of parliamentary representatives of the “Justice” alliance concerning the foundation of a parliamentary commission which would investigate the referendum violations: “In 1995 the Constitution was brought up by using guns”. NA member Khachatour Sukiasyan didn’t agree with him and said: “If you are saying that it was done by using guns, this means that you did it by using tanks”.
