Yesterday, during a conference, the head of the “yes” headquarters Mher Shahgeldyan was trying his best not to say the words “free and fair” in regard to the referendum. When the journalists noticed that he was not saying the word fair, Shahgeldyan claimed that there had been a high level of participation. Finally, one of the journalists asked a question in the following way: “Can you say the following sentence: the referendum was free, fair and transparent.” “Repeating your words is not a problem for me and not an aim,” said Shahgeldyan and did not forget to mention that “there had been a large percentage of participants.”
