In two weeks, all the share-holdings of the Russian “GasProm” company will be accessible. The State Duma of Russia corrected the law about “Gas Supply” and the company foresees changes being made in the large exporting companies’ rules for circulation of share-holdings. Until now, the packet of share-holdings of the “large” company was divided into inner and outer, as a matter of fact, the share-holdings of foreigners was 20%, according to the rules and regulations of the capital. After making the share-holdings accessible, there will no longer be any limitations on foreigners in participating in the capital investments for “GasProm”. However, according to the specialists in the fund market, the foreign investor dividends will not exceed 25%. Let’s not forget to mention that nearly 90% of Russia’s gas export is part of “GasProm” and 20% of the world.

Four days ago, the “Ukraine” hotel belonging to the municipality of Moscow and located in the center of Moscow, was sold for double its original price during an auction. The hotel was in the center of the city and is of cultural value. What’s interesting is that the new owner of the hotel is the unknown “Biscuit” company. The owner of the company announced that “the company presents its personal interests and there is nobody that can interfere.”
