Yesterday at 12:00 a.m. the lights of the square went off and a black car (Gaz 31-10 model car with 082SS01 numbers) appeared just in the center of the square. This was the car of Hovhannes Tamamyan (the head of Center community police department). We asked him what he was going to do there and why he had come and he answered: “I am just going to have a look around and then will go home. Tomorrow water-spraying cars will come here to clean everything. They are going to clean the junk in the square which remained after the concert. A lot of balloons have been burst here. The opposition doesn’t have any balloons to burst”.
