Now almost all resting homes of Tsakhkadzor are full of policemen from Karabakh. These groups of policemen are intended for using force and pressure in case there is any public meeting organized by the opposition during the referendum. By the way, it is worth to mention that the policemen that thrashed people in Baghramyan street on April 12 were distinguished among people with their dialect of Karabakh.
