A group of citizens of Noyemberyan have sent an open letter to Andranik Margaryan and to Bagrat Esayan. They wrote the following in the letter: “Candidate for Noyemberyan mayor’s position Seryoja Amiraghyan promised in his pre-election program that after being elected he would reconstruct the bath-house of Noyemberyan and this bath-house would serve for people. We thought that he would start the reconstruction just after the elections…But later we found out that the mayor had presented this building to one of his active advocates (The owner of the printing house, taxi service and a member of Noyemberyan community council Varoujan Babajanyan). Now it is clear to us why Varoujan Barseghyan was asking everyone to vote for this individual”.
