Recently the RA Marz administration bodies called heads of village communities and asked them to give votes for “yes” during the referendum and promised that everything would be fine after the referendum. Most of the village communities that had made electoral violations before said to each other that they couldn’t organize this kind of thing without money. They said that they hadn’t got the necessary money yet. Most of the heads of village communities had been elected for the last time and had nothing to lose any more.
