On November 21, Raffi Hovhannisyan’s office has sent one part of the message directed towards citizens of Armenia to everyone where it is stated: “Real constitutions in the world are based on one main concept-the people are competent to accept or change the Constitution and they must do that after leading thorough discussions concerning the issue. We will not allow the authorities of the country steal our voices and continue corrupting the Homeland through dictatorship, falsifications and ultimatums.” Raffi Hovhannisyan is inviting everyone to a meeting to be held at the Opera square on November 25.
